Our History

Since 1962, Rousseau, located north of Lyon, has been a pioneer in mechanised vegetation management, always striving for excellence. Committed to maintaining a high level of excellence, the company is constantly developing. In 2004, its integration into the Alamo Group strengthened its global leadership.

With its own design office and 16,000 m² factory, Rousseau ensures autonomy and quality, supported by a dedicated team ready to listen to its customers. With a growing international presence, Rousseau continues to innovate, notably with its E-TP Arm Mowers, combining electrical technology and environmental commitment, in a spirit of improvement, continuous development and the quest for excellence.

Rousseau invented the first reach arm mower with a rotor and mechanical drive
